Introducing The Roots Method Rituals

There is something new at The Roots Method. This week we opened the doors to The Roots Method Rituals, a small collection of loose leaf herbal teas, blended slowly and by hand, for the quiet moments of your day.
The Rituals grew from the same root as everything here. On the mat we practise coming home to the body. At the kitchen table, a cup of tea can hold that same space. The kettle boils, the leaves steep, the hands warm around the cup, and for a few minutes the world slows down enough for you to arrive in it.
Every blend is built around a feeling rather than a function. Rest brings together chamomile, lavender and lemon balm for the wind down at the end of the day. Breathe combines mullein, thyme and elderflower, a blend for opening the chest and taking a fuller breath. Womb gathers raspberry leaf, nettle and rose, a warming, nourishing cup. Hearth layers rosehip, rose and clove, deep and comforting, made for the darker evenings.
Each blend comes as 50g of loose leaf tea, hand blended in small batches and packed in a simple kraft pouch, for £9. Alongside the blends there is The Ritual Box, a monthly box for £30 holding the teas and a ritual card, so the practice arrives with you again and again.
You can find every blend, and fill your basket, on the Apothecary page. UK delivery is available, and each order is packed with the same care it was blended with.
If you take a cup into your day, hold it with both hands. Breathe in the steam. Exhale slowly, three times, before your first sip.
With love, L'a Tesha. Your roots still hold.
